    Making up first ejuice batch

    Hi guys

After getting the simply awesome welcome and advice this week I ordered Coolfire IV mod, Nautilus Mini, various coils to suit, 5 x eJuice and 250 ml of nic. To my surprise the hardware arrived yesterday and more unexpectedly both the eJuice and nic arrived today. So after reading a bunch of threads I'm ready to make up my first batch this weekend and wanted to post my plan to make sure that I'm not making any obvious errors.

    Nic is 100 mg -60pg/40vg
    Flavours are 50pg/50vg doublers

My eventual goal is to make the highest nic batch possible with the least harshness so I want to start somewhere in the middle and go up or down. At this stage clouds are unimportant.

So to make 10ml of 12 mg juice with a pg/vg ratio of 60/40:
    1.2 ml nic
    1.2 ml vg
    2.6 ml pg
    5 ml doubler

    Immediate questions are:
Does the above maths make sense?
Does a first batch of 12 mg with a pg/vg ratio of 60/40 seems like a good starting point?
Do I need to wait for the doubler to settle before starting to mix it up?
Do I need to wait for the batch to settle before vaping?

    Cheers

Have you got a juice calculator?

Because to achieve 18mg/ml for 10ml total you need 1.8ml of 100mg/ml base.
    Smoke free since april 2016

Oops. My calculations were for 12 mg nic strength. I've got a calculator but the one above appears to br better.
    Thanks
    I'll amend the OP.

    Thanks Christian.
I can see where the discrepancy is. On the calc I was using it requires manually working out the pg/vg amounts and a little rounding down results in a 0.2 error. It's a shame that the eJuice me up calculator isn't available as an IOS app. It really is so much better than the one I am using.

    No problem Xbb,

Anyway, close enough is good enough.
