    Thanks for the help guys, i've got the t18 tank working to a point that i'm mostly happy with, definitely no where good as the simple K2 pen I had but it's good enough.
    Also i can't actually locate the airflow holes on the t18 saph, It's a complete mystery to me. Where abouts are they so i can make sure i'm getting the right airflow ?

    on the bottom where the coil is theres 2 little holes thats your airflow

    Oh wow thanks i found them, hidden pretty well down there haha. Should i leave it slightly unscrewed so it gets better airflow even though it'll be on kinda loosely and might fall off?

    Yup, the trick on the T18 starter kit (mod and tank) when i tested it, was to slightly back it off a tad to get a little more airflow...none of the T18 kits ive seen had the airflow slots line up (tank and base) when tightened. Still worked just fine, but a half turn backwards or more got you a little bit more air.
