    1.Ego twist & charger ~Gives a nice warm vape

Vision V3 clearomizer LR~ very easy to use and wont leak

E fluid with nicotine ~ great flavors around and if your trying to kick smoking get the nicotine

Get on you tube look around see what works for people before you order

    Thanks Riding Old Skool

I do smoke a quite weak strength of cigarettes so really do not like a kick on the throat if that makes sense?

I will check around as you advised

good for you many vape without the nic but i found i like it. If you put those things in the you tube search there are a bunch of reviews so you will know how they work before you order PS LR is "low resistance"

I'd recommend what Riding Old Skool said except with the addition of boge LR cartomisers.

Good to see another SA vaper.

Have a read around the forums and check out what other people who were on the same or similar tar strength cigarettes to you used to get off them.

Personally I was a 40+ a day, 4mg tar strength Longbeach smoker for 25 years and for me dripping juice into a 510-t got me off the cigarettes completely. 3 months ciggie free for me and loving it.

Everybody is different though and what worked or indeed works for me might not work for you. As a starting point though I would suggest the eGo-C starter kit and a good selection of 12mg to 18mg e-juices from somewhere like www.healthcabin.net.

Once you have that then after a little while you can add things to or tweak things in your vaping arsenal to better suit your individual tastes.

Have a read here and I hope what we have mentioned helps.

I have been on YouTube and searched here and the eGo-C keeps coming up as a good starter?

I am on 2mg ciggies so what/where do you recommend I use?

    Thanks in advance

    Chris

get stronger than what you need and also weaker or zero nic, then you can dilute to find your strength. i reckon 8 to 12mg is what you may like but its impossible to say.
if you had some 18 and also the same flavour in zero .. you can make anything from 0 to 18 with just those two.

i love the ego C .. has a little bit of a learning curve at the start but works well once you get the hang of things.
    In order of useful: Provari V2 and V1, vamo, eGo twist, Katana v3, Hex, Orion v2, LavaTube, eGo x 6, VMAX, 510N, Tick V2, Tick V1, noEgo 18650, noEgo 14650 , Indulgence x 2, 905 6v mod, KR808D

    I just bought the ego-c

Any recommendations as to what to get next and from where?

Are there any juices which contain nicotine?
