    Wired...

Last few days ive been feeling highly strung / wired. Having trouble concentrating on tasks at work, getting easily distracted etc.

Not sure if i'm getting enough nicotine in the system or perhaps too much? Could it be the caffeine having a stronger effect now i'm off the analogues? Or is it just my body withdrawing from the chemicals?

I would vote caffeine and withdrawals !

Nic usually helps with concentration ( in the right doses )

Sign me up, I was a big coffee drinker (around 4 litres a day). A week or so into vaping and I started getting a bit jittery at times. I tried vaping more, I tried vaping less - still the same. Then I halved my coffee intake and pretty much immediately the symptoms disappeared, and haven't returned - regardless of how much I vape.
