Singapore has banned e-cigs. They were one of the first and malaysia has followed suite.

    Prohibition on imitation tobacco products

In Singapore, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) are currently prohibited under Secion 16 (1) of the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) Act, which is enforced by the Health Sciences Authority (HSA). This legislation prohibits the importation, distribution, sale or offer for sale of any confectionery or other food product or any toy or other article that is designed to resemble a tobacco product or the packaging of which is designed to resemble the packaging commonly associated with tobacco products. HSA takes a serious view on any person who contravenes the law. Those guilty of the offence are liable to a fine of up to $5, 000 upon conviction.

Once again to any member and MODS of this forum. Users from Singapore and Malaysia have no need to be here and should be removed. They're basically asking us to break the law and export a banned substance to them. We may as well send 30 grams of weed to them aswell.

Customs will pick it up and we'll lose our mod and be forced to refund them. If you're lucky Customs might let you get away with a fine or warning and MIGHT send the mod back to you but I doubt this. They'll just destroy it.

However were such a member to buy from a shop overseas ( like in Australia ) , then the importation would be on the buyers head , not the sellers
    Just sayin

No idea. I just read it from some government site Health Sciences Authority - Highlights : Prohibition on certain products

Should you have any information on the import or sales of such electronic smoking products in Singapore, you may report to the Tobacco Regulation Branch at Tel: 6684 2036/2037 or Email: hsa_info@hsa.gov.sg
