    [***CLOSED***]eGo Booster group buy

I see the eGo Booster is back in stock at Happy Vaper, I'm very keen to get one but the P&H seems a bit outrageous but if we get a few shipped together....

    So, who's in?

    http://www.happyvaper.com/The_Ego_Bo...egobooster.htm

The booster itself will be just under $60 (depending on exchange rate), the Canada express shipping option to Brissy will $68-ish, so hopefully under $80 shipped if a few people are interested.

hmmmm, an interesting concept. You are correct the postage is ridonculous. eh.

Looks like a good entry point for people wanting to tinker with VV... without the $200 tag of a provari, or the need for mod batteries and chargers etc.. Although at 80 bucks, it is almost half a provari

    /me ponders

I was on the verge of ordering a provari when I came across these (I'll probably end up with provari eventually anyway ), what appeals to me about these over the provaris though is the size. I'm quite comfortable with the eGo size batts for out and about, I also have an ePower (pretty similar to smaller noEgo) and find it just a little too chunky and it's still smaller than provari. The versatility of this this thing is also pretty appealing, from what I understand, with an eGo adapter, you can turn pretty much any high drain single batt mod into VV.

I've seen this done in RC batteries and flashlights, should work well with no problems, as long as the battery can take the extra load (most of them should be ok)
interesting.. maybe should try to make one myself..

hmm, ego output is 3.2V .. seen people say 1.2Ω will blow up the output, so lets say max safe output is 1.3Ω at 3.2v.
that gives an absolute max ego output wattage of 7.8W (higher than I thought)
At half a provari price, I'd still be saving me dosh.
    In order of useful: Provari V2 and V1, vamo, eGo twist, Katana v3, Hex, Orion v2, LavaTube, eGo x 6, VMAX, 510N, Tick V2, Tick V1, noEgo 18650, noEgo 14650 , Indulgence x 2, 905 6v mod, KR808D

Its half the price of the basic provari setup, but if you bought a provari you would still buy extension cap, batteries, charger, and postage. So it is probably closer to a third of the price. Its a pretty good entry level to vv, assuming it works well and lasts.

You could get a vv box mod and batteries an charger from vapecore for about 100,or a full madvapes setup delivered for 80 so the price is borderline at $80 but this set up is more portable. If I didn't have a couple of vv's mods alreadt i'd get one. But I would check out some reviews first, at $80 it is just a bit expensive and a borderline call.

I agree, these will only be useful with HV atties on an ego and will need a decent battery to pump out more

Yer, i have pondered and dusted off my Buzz. Realised i would never use a VV ego and should probably buy a provari. If i didnt already own a buzz i would.. But as it is i do and may as well save the beans for the cult.
