So its it just the bottom Springs you can just pull them up and put rubber stopper under it to stop them sinking again

Stopper spacer like what you use on glass tables to cushion the glass. Did the Springs sink from heat or have they just used a soft copper wire

Yep you can buy them just about anywhere. Woolies, cheapshop, Bunnings etc. I actually used them on the bottom of my stands.

Little suckers stick on like hell too.

Put some rubbers under it and give it another go Bronco, it would be a shame to get rid of it so soon. Seeing as you have already bonded with it too.

They will be epoxy'd to the floor. Ya lift them by starting in centre an prise up with a small flat head screw driver.

Do these guys have a site, I can look at the specs? That looks like brass spring.

Is the area above the batteries open to see or is it sealed in?

Dont go putting any rubber stoppers or anything under the spring. Burn hazard mate.

Lifting springs is part of the maintenece. Had my first potzbox 3 months, only have had to do a slight lift.
