When you say Crown is "too airy a vape for me" even when you close air flow it is? what is a tank that you do like the air flow of....
I am tempted to try this but.. dont like too airy.. I like Cubis, Nautilus and Silo tanks... similar air ?

I use a subtank mini at 1.2 ohms on the smallest airflow setting and vape at 13.5 watts. I use 24 mg.

I got the crown Tank and coils I thought it would be similar but at 13.5 watts I was not getting much Vapor and then I went up to 25 watts it produced more Vapor but was too much nic.

I'm not a sub ohm guy I just like the tank sizes and battery life.

by airy I mean for what I want there wasn't the tight pull of my subtank mini I like a tight tight pull as I'm mainly mouth to lung sometimes direct but mainly mouth to lung.

Hey Walt thanks for that honesty ! As a MTL vaper too .. probably not for me.. I just love my Silo

Purely for informational purposes the Crown is not a subtle tank, be it either airflow or wattage needed.

It is not a MTL tank and you need to shove at least 50w through the coils to get them going at their best, so you may need to adjust your nic content to adjust for both these factors. I used to get headspins tooting 12mg nic through mine

when it came and I tried I Was thinking I'm never gonna use this. it absolutely knocked my head off. I'm not sure why they offer 1.2ohm coils. I use 1.2ohm on my subtank mini and the difference is worlds apart.

We're moving house this weekend so I was trying to off load stuff I don't use.

I'd like to know why they have the 1.2ohm option. I'm no expert, I'm sure there is a reason.

I've been looking for the 1.2ohm coils to see what they were like in the crown, in terms of a different coil and lower wattage.

it says in the instructions on the box that the wattage is 10w-30w and it's a single coil
