    Terrible customer service

    3 weeks ago I ordered some concentrates and bottles, received the concentrates (and coils / clearo) ... But no bottles.

    Emailed you. No response. Emailed again. You said you'd sort it. Emailed back saying I'd like to buy more stuff at the same time. No response. Emailed at least 3 times.... No response.

    I'm replying to the previous mails, so wouldn't be going to your junk etc.
    Having no other problems with my personal mails, mails to other vendors etc

    Not a big price tag, maybe why you don't seem to care, but concentrates with no bottles are use to no one.

    Sick of emailing. Can't get to the shop.

    I was going to order diy wire, wick and a igo l to come up with my bottles but dont think il bother.

    Does Charlie still have his number on his site ? I know he used to...he's a teriffic bloke so Im sure there would a logical explanation

    yeah I have to agree he has gone out of his way to get things done for me in the past. So this is totally out of character for Vaping Cobra.

    i vouch for charlie too. Great person, awesome service. Have never had a problem with purchases. OZnewbie, charlies always ticks the items that go for delivery. Have you checked your invoice to see if the bottles are actually on there in the first place? If yes, is it ticked as being in there?

    Agree with the others, in my experience Charlie has been very quick to resolve any issues.
