    Bad service

I have to say Vaping Cobra is the worst vendor I have dealt with, maybe even worse than Blow Vapor.

A month or two ago I asked about availability / restocking of an item with no reply.

Placed an order on Tuesday, paid for express hoping I would get it ASAP but haven't received any tracking.
Contacted them asked when is it going to be delivered so I will have an idea, no response.

I bought juices from Israel on Monday and it's arrived today. Unbelievable.

I placed an order elsewhere on the weekend, express as well. (I got all the fancy emails though and tracking from that vendor, unlike you here. It doesn't do me much good though, auspost tracking just says it exists and was posted monday, big woop). Slowest express ever, but I'm blaming Auspost.

    chalk and cheese

GC>Bris>Melb. Somehow 1.5 days is asking a bit much expecially from AP and whinging about the vendor and not the post. The freight co from the Israel order is a specialised door to door freight company.

My experience is GC mail takes a bit longer for some reason.

I've bought most of my gear from Vaping Cobra, never had a problem, postage has never taken more than 3 days (that was during the Christmas rush). Usually I order in the morning, it's dispatched the same day and I get it the next day or the day after.

I have to say on VC website it does state that sending it express doesnt mean they will process it any faster. It does state that it takes 2-3 days to process a order

i place a order on sunday express post and it was only shipped out yesterday. They could have a faster turn around time of the orders but it does state this on the website when you place the order. I placed two orders from two differant vendors over that way on sunday and one order turned up yesterday and the VC order is still in transit much to my dissapointment but i did agree to it when i placed the order so im not overly fussed about the extra shipping time it will arrive when it arrives

just something to think about when you order from a vendor is to read the T&C's that you agree to when you place the order

What I am saying is my order has not been shipped. Not auspost fault.

Things would be better if they can take 15 seconds or so to reply me "your order will be sent out later today (or tomorrow)"
This vendor has also TOTALLY ignored my inquiry before (when I asked about availability of a product), so I think it's purely their customer service to get blamed.

gerzzzz this happened a while ago with vc as well - and charlie from vc said that the best way of contacting them was via the site - i cant remember if its like a ticket - anyway not by email if its an enquiry re your order

    how did you contact them?

If you are buying juice, most of the time it takes 1 to 3 days depending on how busy Charlie is. He needs to make the juices. Same as alot of other vendors. Being in aus doesn't make it any faster from other overseas vendors in terms of making the juice, just that shipping will be quicker.

Give it time, VC juices are worth the wait. Even better after they have steeped.

In all honesty, I think you should harden up and have a bit of patience (along with a cup of cement). If your inquiry to the vendor is anything like this thread, I'd probably ignore you too. It's not all about you, I'd imagine the vendor would be trying to fill more than just your order and trying to get them all out ASAP
