    He's one of the reliable ones, given the crap fight with WA cutting him some slack is what I would do, never had a problem with my orders from him ever. Give him time to get on top of it.

    Yeah I have had to wait a little bit on an order or 2 but Charlie does his best if you have problems etc.

    Because of the closed web site I ended up ordering from the Juice Factory for my TFA concentrates & was surprised to see the 10ml bottles for about 55c cheaper than I paid at Vaping Cobra. The same thing happened before when I bought a Vamo V5 from Vaping Cobra I then saw it a lot cheaper at Vape King. Maybe Charlie is putting the prices up to stop too many customers from ordering.

    I ordered two weeks ago, I'd heard nothing last week so I emailed and I'm still waiting on a reply and the goods.
    I understand, life goes to shit sometimes but as a business owner myself communication is key.

    Yo can't simply ignore emails for orders placed and not fullfilled.

    My order from the Juice Factory which is in WA arrived yesterday, it only took 2 days ordered on the 14 & here on the 16. It seems Charlie takes 3 days just to process an order. They are a nice couple but something is wrong with all the delays & lack of communicating.
